Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in motivating associates, delivering personalized service, and helping customers create their own style. You’ll train, coach, and lead by example while ensuring a clean, exciting store environment.

You will support operations, develop relationships to grow store business, and manage day-to-day tasks with flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and train associates to deliver great customer service.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
