Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newark, DE to support the store manager by motivating associates and delivering one-of-a-kind service. You will build customer relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, exciting store environment.

You will lead by example, coach peers, and help drive sales through relationship-building and team development while working a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
