Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager, motivate associates, and deliver exceptional service that helps customers create their personal style. You will provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building and presenting a clean, exciting store.

You’ll train, coach and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and help meet sales goals while ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive team environment.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

Job description
