Dry Goods is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean, exciting store. You will train and coach teams, build relationships to grow the business, and ensure high customer service while meeting sales goals.

The role requires flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and a commitment to career growth within the company.
