Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help with operations, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, exciting store environment. You will be expected to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts, develop relationships to grow the business, and execute duties of a sales associate to meet individual sales goals.
