Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales at Glenbrook Square Mall in Fort Wayne, IN.

You will coach teams, share product knowledge, and ensure a clean, exciting store environment. Responsibilities include coaching staff, growing the business, meeting sales goals, and resolving customer issues.
