Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Dry Etch Semiconductor Maintenance Technician to join a Chandler, AZ facility on a direct-hire basis. The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience in semiconductor equipment, with strong mechanical and electronic skills and solid communication abilities.

The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fabrication metals/etch equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and interface with multiple teams to ensure safety,

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Fabrication Metals/Etch equipment area.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems; perform scheduled maintenance and consumable changes.
• Understand SPC, 5S, FDC systems and demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Interface with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Complete documentation and train others; communicate effectively in writing and verbally; stand up to 12 hours; lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Randstad is currently working with a Semiconductor Manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ. They are looking to add experienced Dry Etch Semiconductor Maintenance Technicians to join their facility. This is a Direct Hire position with our client.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electronic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Abilityto interpret electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Problem-solving ability, project management skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift

salary: $72,800 - $83,200 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Fabrication Metals/Etch equipment area.
• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area.
• Solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems, and demonstrating problem solving skills.
• The position requires the ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
• The desired candidate will be required to complete documentation and train others.
• Required to effectively communicate using written and verbal skills, stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours), and be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
