Owl Cleaners in Tbones plaza, Wexford PA, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle drop-offs and inquiries, and process orders at the front counter. The role offers 11am-5pm (Mon-Fri) with every other Saturday 9am-1pm, starting at $16 per hour.

Experience helpful; friendly, customer-focused individuals encouraged to apply. Full-time benefits are available for 24+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vacation, wellness days, holidays, and a 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client service.
• Greet and assist customers at the front counter with drop-offs, pick-ups, and garment inquiries.
• Inspect and tag incoming garments, noting stains, damage, or special care instructions.
• Process customer orders accurately using point-of-sale and order management systems.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change and receipts.
• Communicate special cleaning requests and garment care needs to the production team.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and store.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
