Job summary

PARSETEK INC is seeking a part-time Drupal/Solr specialist in Denver to enhance homepage design and search capabilities. You will work 15–40 hours weekly, updating content in the Drupal CMS and coordinating with other agencies as needed.

The role emphasizes security, including SSL/TLS, plugins, and monitoring for vulnerabilities, plus routine troubleshooting of server configurations and access issues in collaboration with IT support and vendors.

Qualifications

Familiarity with Drupal CMS and Solr search integration.
Experience with front-end development on Drupal Platform.
Knowledge of website security practices (SSL/TLS, firewalls, malware prevention).
Content management: update text, images, multimedia in Drupal.
WCAG accessibility compliance and content standards.

Responsibilities

Complete homepage redesign work and enhance site search capabilities.
Update and manage website content using the Drupal CMS.
Coordinate with County/State/Federal agencies on related links and accessibility standards.
Regularly apply security updates to plugins/themes and monitor for vulnerabilities.
Troubleshoot website functionality and server configuration issues with IT support and vendors.
Communicate service-related links to other departments as needed.
