Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Drupal Developer to build and maintain Drupal-based client websites, supporting testing efforts and managing deployments to ensure continuous performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, implement updates, and uphold security standards while delivering high-quality solutions for federal agency clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with PHP and Drupal 10 in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of version control systems and deployment workflow.
• Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile Scrum environments and communicate with end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based websites, themes, and modules.
• Perform ongoing website maintenance, including updates, configuration adjustments, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Drupal environments to ensure continuous site functionality.
• Support testing efforts by executing test plans, identifying defects, and validating resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support release cycles, including code reviews and integration activities.
• Manage and execute deployments across development, staging, and production environments following established release processes.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements

What you'll do

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
• PHP and/or Drupal experience (Drupal 10)
• Strong understanding of version control
• Must understand and have practiced waterfall and or Agile Scrum development
• Must have strong experience working with a variety of technology and the ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stages
• Must have experience communicating directly with end users and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing business product needs, recommending, effective software solutions in a timely manner
• E xperience working with other developers and development teams
• Experience coordinating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and requirements
• Experience supporting distributed systems and computing environment using a wide range of application hosting and computing technologies
