Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the United States as part of the Digital Experience (DX) unit. The role focuses on ERP customization, integration, and delivering secure, compliant solutions across business units.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architecture design while ensuring data integrity and performance across ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and validate ERP specifications.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, maintain codebase for stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure customizations comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Create documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Designing and optimizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database solutions, stored procedures, and performance enhancements.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
