Responsibilities

• Maximize music instruction quality across private lessons and shows.
• Ensure students learn fundamentals, not just songs.
• Create and document thoughtful lesson plans.
• Communicate progress with parents after lessons and stay accessible to students and families.
• Assist in rehearsals and in-school maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to the School of Rock Code of Conduct and safety policies.
