Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to support washing, drying, inspecting, labeling, packing, and storing drums and totes. Roles vary daily based on manpower, with operation of power washers, vacuums, forklifts, and other tools.

The work is physically demanding but stable, with a friendly team and opportunities to learn forklift certification. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
• Perform all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Report all production waste/issues to the Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
