Job Summary

We are seeking a Drum Teacher to join our team! As a Drum Teacher, you will allow students to choose music in their favorite genres and assign music best suited to them. You will supervise rehearsals within Academy hours, maintain musical equipment, and attend staff meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with and teaching students, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a knack for developing young talent.

Responsibilities

1. Choose activities, lessons, and musical performances based on the skillset of available students.
2. Hold auditions for each activity and assign parts as necessary.
3. Schedule and supervise rehearsals within the appropriate Academy hours.
4. Assess the skills of each student and work with them to develop their individual abilities.
5. Stay updated with trends in teaching and the music industry.
6. Attend staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching music preferred.
