Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Social Work or related field; Clinical Substance Use Counselor credentials preferred.
• Associate’s degree with 5 years of related experience in case management for individuals in the justice system.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Drug Treatment Court in Waukesha County.
• Engage in supervision case management: intake, assessments, and monitoring of participants.
• Create and maintain hard files and individual case plans.
• Refer participants to services and monitor treatment engagement and fees.
• Enter data into AWARDS and CORE databases; support court staffing and hearings.
• Coordinate referrals with treatment providers and support services.
• Assist with drug testing and attend meetings and trainings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and protect client information.
