Position Summary

A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and providing test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. Works under direct or general supervision. Due to the nature of urinalysis drug testing, the company must be gender-specific in its hiring: female technicians may only work with female clients, and male technicians with male clients.

Essential Functions

  • Administers urinalysis samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (Training and certification provided.)
  • Manages daily communication, billing, and maintenance items.
  • Provides coverage for other offices as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 year of proven customer service experience.
  • Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to nearby offices as needed (depending on the location).
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Bending, stooping, lifting objects up to 10 lbs., and maintaining mobility to perform essential functions.

Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
