• DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within 2 weeks of employment.

• DOT Hair Collection certification within 2 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs drug screens.
• May perform collections following DOT guidelines, including observation and oral swabs.
• May perform breath alcohol testing per DOT guidelines.
• May perform hair collections per Psychemedics guidelines.
• May perform pulmonary function testing and OSHA-related assessments.
• Other related duties as assigned.
