Zusammenfassung

DISA Global Solutions is seeking a Representative I, Mobile Drug & Health Services, to perform on-site drug and alcohol testing at client locations. The role requires operating a box truck and following DOT collection rules with direct observation and potential oral swabs.

You will conduct hair collections per Psychemedics guidelines, and you may also perform breath testing, with training provided as needed. English proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass the DOT Physical.

Schedule will vary within hours of operationEssential Functions:Drives a truck with attached trailer or commercial truck to client locations and performs drug tests. May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection. May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines. May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.Performs other related duties as assignedKey Skills and Experience:High school diploma or GEDValid Drives LicenseIntermediate skill level in Microsoft Office SuiteMust Pass the DOT PhysicalObtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.Obtain Hair Collection Training Certificate within two (2) weeks of Employment.Experience driving a box truck (Up to 23 feet in length) (Training provided)Physical Requirements:Must speak, read and write in English. Required to talk, listen, walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lifts up to forty (30) pounds. Climbs stairs.
