Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. partners with a leading global animal health organization to recruit a Pharmacovigilance Specialist responsible for safety surveillance across a diverse portfolio.

The role focuses on pharmacovigilance signal detection, safety data analysis, and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and other teams to ensure robust risk management and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance, drug safety, epidemiology, statistics or related field.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacovigilance signal detection and safety data analysis.
• Generate monthly and quarterly safety trending reports.
• Analyze pharmacovigilance data to identify trends, signals, and emerging risks.
• Support regulatory authority requests by providing safety data analyses and reports.
• Prepare ad hoc pharmacovigilance reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, etc.).
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in pharmacovigilance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Epidemiology, Statistics, Pharmacovigilance, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance, drug/vaccine safety, epidemiology, statistics, or a related field
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience preparing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Preferred

• Previous pharmacovigilance, drug safety, veterinary safety, or product surveillance experience
• Experience with safety databases and adverse event reporting systems
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying safety trends
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and risk management principles
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections or audits
