Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist 2 or 3 - Analytical Chemist (Drug Product) for a full-time, on-site role at a client site in Rahway, NJ. The position involves routine and stability testing, SOP authoring, and contributing to lab improvements within a GMP environment.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in chemistry or related fields with 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with GMP analysis using HPLC/UPLC including assay/impurity, troubleshooting, and data processing interpretation.
• Strong data handling, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator who raises issues and improvement ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and stability sample analysis in the drug product lab.
• Author SOPs and contribute to method development and optimization.
• Support new technologies and continuous improvement for lab operations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with ALCOA and cGMP.
