Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and throughout the store.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries with suggestions.
• Offer product samples to enhance customer discovery.
• Inform customers of Drug GM specials and recommend items to meet their needs.
• Review product dates, label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
• Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with store promotions and safety procedures.
• Practice preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Handle safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities appropriately.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
