In this role, you will conduct assessment procedures and provide counseling related to alcohol and drug issues for a designated group of patients. This will be done under supervision or in collaboration with other professionals, while also contributing to treatment planning, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives associated with the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and counseling patients facing alcohol and drug challenges, working closely with a selected caseload of individuals with mental health issues. You will also play a key role in developing treatment plans, educating staff, and ensuring quality assurance in the context of substance abuse treatment.
