Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care in North Bend, OR is seeking a qualified Drug & Alcohol Counselor. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $55,000 to $77,000 annually and comprehensive benefits.

You will conduct ASAM assessments, facilitate groups, document in EMR, and coordinate with referrals and partners to support clients with substance use recovery. MHACBO certification is required or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MHACBO certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete ASAM assessment to determine appropriate treatment plan.
• Facilitates groups focusing on emotional, social, and family issues for clients with substance use disorders.
• Document timely in client EMR.
• Provide status reports to referral sources and community partners.
• May participate in UA collection per agency protocol.
• Attend supervision monthly (group or individual) per yearly eval.
