GovCIO is seeking a DRSN Engineer/Administrator for an onsite role in the United States. The candidate will provide IT field support, manage complex service requests, and lead multi-OS system administration across environments, including mobile device support and deployment strategies.

GovCIO is currently hiring for a DRSN Engineer/Administrator to support an upcoming award/contract. This position will be located in the United States and will be fully onsite position.

Responsibilities

• High School Diploma with 9+ years of IT Engineering experience (or commensurate experience)
• 6 years experience in IT support
• Security+ certification and DRSN experience
• Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
• Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locations
• Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery
• Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearnace

Posted Salary Range

USD $94,150.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
