Job summary

Wolf Line Construction is seeking a dedicated Drops Coordinator to support the Project Team administratively at job sites across the U.S. The role involves compiling crew work packages, reviewing daily field paperwork, and leveraging tablets to organize packages by geography and client priorities.

You will work extensively with Excel to manage databases, track installation production data, and foster positive relationships with management, supervisors, subcontractors, and other on-site

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Previous administrative roles in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Military experience may be considered in place of job experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile work packages for crews.
• Review field generated paperwork daily.
• Manage database information using Excel.
• Organize work packages on tablets by geography and client priority.
• Track and model installation production data.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal management, site supervisors, subcontractors and other contractors on site.

Position:

Wolf Line Construction is looking for a dedicate Drops Coordinator to work with and support the Project Team administratively.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Compiling work packages for crews
• Reviewing field generated paperwork daily
• Working extensively with excel to manage database information
• Working with tablets to organize work packages based on geography and Client driven priority requirements
• Tracking and modelling installation production data
• Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with internal management team, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other contractors on site

Qualifications:

• Construction industry experience preferred
• Previous administrative roles in a fast-paced construction environment,
• Military experience may be considered in place of job experience.
• Ability to work on a team and be able to communicate, follow directions and help others as needed
• Dependable and possess ability to adhere to daily work schedule
• Communicate and interact with internal employees, colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner
• Proven business writing skillsAbility to work and think independently to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• 4 year engineering degree
• Travel to different job sites as required in and out of Arizona
