Job summary

The Kaw Nation Gaming Commission is seeking a Drop Team Associate to accurately count machine drops, document results, and support secure, compliant operations. This role supports regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and collaboration with Surveillance and Security teams.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to work any shift including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background and drug screening to obtain gaming license.
• Medical Marijuana cards are accepted.
• Must be flexible for any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Count machine drops accurately and complete related paperwork.
• Verify contents of drop canisters and boxes against records.
• Transport drop boxes using approved procedures.
• Coordinate with Surveillance and Security staff for compliance.
• Maintain logs and report discrepancies promptly.
• Follow policies and confidentiality for drop operations.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Follow state, federal, and tribal regulations.
