Job summary

Acuren seeks a Drone Project Superintendent to support Cincinnati, OH operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role oversees all onsite crews, safety, QA, and deliverables at the customer site. The candidate will manage contract maintenance, health and welfare, and KPI reporting to the client.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; maintaining schedules; ensuring adherence to scope; and promoting strong safety practices across crews on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' inspection industry experience.
• Certifications and licenses to support project field requirements.
• Mechanical integrity experience required.
• Certified or trained in NDT methods; knowledge of method strengths and limitations.
• Experience with quality and safety; familiarity with codes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client-site operations, indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain daily job site logs and report to management.
• Attend site meetings with clients, vendors, sub-contractors, inspectors, and staff.
• Coordinate materials, schedules, staffing, and equipment with management.
• Monitor scope and change orders; alert management when changes arise.
• Coordinate with crews and other contractors on site.
• Motivate and direct crews to meet schedules while ensuring safety.
• Manage site safety programs; participate in performance reviews.
