Job summary

Valcourt Building Services is seeking a Drone Operator to perform pressure washing and window cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings in the Los Angeles area. The role requires FAA Part 107 certification and proven drone operation experience with strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include pre/post-flight inspections, site-specific planning, and thorough documentation of project processes.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Certification mandatory for commercial drone operation.
• Proven experience operating drones for commercial applications (pressure washing/building maintenance preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of drone operation laws and building safety standards.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills for drone equipment.

• Basic understanding of building facades, pressure washing techniques, and water management.
