Job summary

Zeitview, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Production Program Manager to own end-to-end production planning, qualification, and lifecycle of its aerial sensors and drone payloads.

You will bridge hardware design with flawless execution, drive New Product Introduction, repeat builds, and sustain engineering support for the existing fleet—driving schedules, procurement, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced robotics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, hardware PM, or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience with complex robotic/drone platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
• Strong cross-functional communication.
• Execution under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
• AI-enabled operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own NPI and repeat build timelines, procurement, tooling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations to align hardware demand and fleet movements.
• Manage procurement pipelines and BOMs with vendors for sourced components.
• Hire and develop staffing to meet production and sustainment volumes; engage external vendors when needed.
• Maintain single source of truth for build status, dependencies, and risk; escalate timelines as needed.
• Bridge engineering and operations to accelerate debugging and issue resolution.
• Scope and implement process improvements for part tracking and unit history.
• Track system performance and identify common issues to reduce costs in the field.
• Anticipate blockers and propose agile engineering solutions to keep timelines on track.
