Job summary

Zeitview in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Hardware Production Program Manager to own end-to-end production planning for our aerial sensors and drone payloads. You will bridge hardware design and operations, leading NPI, repeat builds, and sustainment, coordinating procurement, staffing, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced robotics environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading hardware programs to completion through influence across engineers, technicians and vendors.
Broad understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies, aerial sensors, and payload integration.
Execution mindset with prioritization and agile problem solving.
Process-driven with SOPs or processes to improve build efficiency.
Excellent communication for cross-functional updates.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
Experience leveraging AI to solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

Own the hardware build ecosystem: create and manage NPI and repeat build timelines, procurement, staffing, tooling, and documentation.
Balance the fleet by aligning with Operations to understand hardware demand and field repair needs.
Procurement ownership: manage pipelines and BOMs and source components.
Production leadership: hire and develop staffing; leverage external vendors when needed.
Schedule and risk ownership: maintain single source of truth for build status and timelines.
