Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Ground Support Operator / Field Service Operator in Memphis, TN to support drone delivery operations. You will set up and take down drones, perform safety checks, and ensure flight operations comply with FAA regulations and company protocols.

Flexible availability 7am–10pm, Sunday to Saturday, with 6am–4pm shifts. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, Part 107 certification, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and walk long

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have current auto insurance.
• Must pass BGV and MVR.
• Must have Part 107 Certification/License.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft inspections (pre-flight and post-flight) and daily start/end activities.
• Perform routine nest equipment inspections and replace nest equipment as required.
• Log proper forms at each site and maintain communications with Pilot-in-Command.
• Log and troubleshoot ground faults and replace unserviceable aircraft.
• Participate in Crew Briefs and contribute to safety oversight.
• Execute physical recovery operations and conduct prioritized nest visits.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and move items safely during ground operations.
• Work outside in varied weather conditions and maintain alertness.

Job Summary

GSO/ FSO Ground Support Operator / Field Service Operator - responsible for setting up and taking down delivery drones, performing safety checks, and ensuring smooth flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols. Flexible Availability between 7am-10pm, Mon - Sun. Shifts: Sun - Wed OR Wed - Sat. location: Memphis, Tennessee. job type: Solutions. work hours: 6am to 4pm. education: No Degree Required.

Responsibilities

Job Duties - "- Perform aircraft inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities"

• Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in Client UAS Maintenance Manual)
• Perform nest equipment inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
• Replace Wing provided nest equipment as required
• Participate in Crew Briefs
• Maintain communications with the client Pilot-in-Command
• Perform aircraft conditional checks and troubleshoot ground faults.
• Replace unserviceable aircraft as needed.
• Log proper forms at each site
• Pick up any trash that could come in contact with an AC
• Execute physical recovery operations
• Conduct prioritized nest visits across assigned sector.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements - "- Lift from ground level and carry up to 35 lbs and carry multiple items at the same time"

• Crouch down and pick up or place objects from/to the ground weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
• Push or pull a wheeled cart on level ground weighing up to two hundred (200) pounds
• Be on feet constantly walking (10k+ steps per day)
• Work outside in various weather conditions (light rain, wind, temperatures ranging from 23F to 110F)
• Maintain mental and visual alertness

Desired Skills & Experience

Being safety focused driven with pervious jobs.Performing safety checks, and ensuring smooth flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols.
