Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Ground Handler to support drone delivery operations at our San Antonio facility. You will handle equipment, assist with warehouse tasks, and help maintain safety and regulatory compliance during shifts up to 12 hours.

The role may require up to 25% travel, varying shifts including nights and weekends, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required, and DOT testing may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily drone operations by handling and organizing equipment, including batteries and related components
• Monitor airspace in the area of operations and report potential hazards
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks including inventory management and package preparation
• Execute standard operating procedures while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Engage positively with community members and address basic inquiries about operations
• Document and report operational activities using standard templates and tools
