Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred).
• Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations (preferred).
• Experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred).
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily drone operations by organizing equipment and batteries.
• Monitor airspace and report hazards.
• Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory and packing.
• Follow SOPs to maintain safety and compliance.
• Engage with community members and answer basic questions.
• Document operations using standard templates.
• Deliver packages by car, ensuring on-time arrival and safe handling.
