Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Required).
• Strong verbal communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using basic computer tools and systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, perform repeated movements, and lift/carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving test environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with flight team members during crewed field and flight test operations.
• Serve as a qualified Visual Observer (VO) during drone flight missions.
• Prepare and handle drones and ground equipment as part of the support crew.
• Assist with flight readiness checks, equipment staging, and logistics coordination.
• Participate in daily crew briefings and mission planning sessions.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized operational environment.
• Support routine care and upkeep of test equipment and work areas.
• Exhibit self-motivation, accountability, and reliability in a dynamic team setting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure successful flight test execution.
