Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering is seeking an Environmental Inspector to support infrastructure projects with drone operations and site development inspections. You will document conditions, collect aerial data, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and deliver daily progress and compliance reports.

This role requires travel in the Southeast and adaptation to active construction sites, with emphasis on safety and rigorous reporting.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in drone operations or environmental inspection.
Experience with environmental permits and NPDES-related requirements.
Ability to document site conditions with photos and reports.
OS-SWPPP notebook maintenance and reporting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate FAA-compliant drones for aerial imagery and mapping data; create maps and 3D models.
Perform daily environmental inspections of project sites and document findings.
Prepare inspection reports and daily/weekly/monthly compliance reports.
Maintain flight logs and ensure FAA compliance and safety policies.
Support project teams with data delivery and client communications.
