Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams across flight operations, ground handling, and fulfillment to ensure safe, efficient, customer-focused delivery.
• Drive key metrics: safety, quality, and delivery efficiency; monitor real-time operations and remove barriers.
• Develop and coach associates; manage performance, attendance, and escalation communications.
• Coordinate staffing and operational plans with Managers; maintain timekeeping and staffing records.
• Collaborate with HR on associate relations, corrective actions, and disciplinary matters.
• Possible travel up to 25% of the time.
