Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/CE/EE/Aerospace or related field
• Proficient in C, C++, Python; strong Linux skills
• Experience with wireless standards like 802.11 or 5G
• Exposure to embedded systems and hardware testing
• Strong debugging and Git proficiency

Responsibilities

• Integrate radio hardware into drone connectivity across Wi-Fi and cellular stacks
• Develop software across Linux user space and driver layers using C, C++, and Python
• Develop automated routines to log and analyze wireless link metrics (RSSI, SNR, packet loss)
• Collaborate with RF, embedded, and cloud teams to design rate adaptation algorithms
• Run hardware-in-the-loop tests and analyze real-flight data in the lab
