Candidates should be 26+, pass background/drug checks and driving requirements, and have excellent reporting and communication skills. This position offers part-time, non-exempt status with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 26 years old for driving positions.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional client requirements.
• Ability to pass MVR driving requirements for driving positions.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent violations or criminal activity.
• Perform thorough routine driving patrols of the assigned area.
• Conduct closing procedures for public parks including checking restrooms and closing gates.
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
