AAA Driving School is hiring a Full-Time Driver Training Instructor in Arkansas. You will deliver behind-the-wheel instruction, track student progress with our software, and assess performance to guide students toward safer driving habits.

The role requires 5+ years of driving experience, a valid license, and a state-issued Driving School Instructor license; weekend availability is required, and training/licensing are provided.

Qualifications

  • Hourly Pay: $22.00/hour

  • Schedule - Full-Time (37.5 hours/week): We’re looking for team members with flexible availability to work 7.5-hour shifts across both day and evening hours. Weekend availability is required for at least one day, with both days preferred. Weekly schedules may vary depending on student demand.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in driving instruction, education, or the automotive industry

  • Confidence working with the public, especially teens

  • A strong commitment to promoting safe driving habits

  • Flexibility to accommodate student schedules, including weekday afternoons and at least one weekend day

  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods, hear and see in all weather conditions, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25lbs

  • Must be capable of safely assuming control of the vehicle from the passenger seat during instruction or emergency situations.
