Job summary

Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, seeks a Driving Range Attendant to enhance golfer experiences on our oceanfront property. You’ll maintain carts, range equipment, and provide excellent service on the range, ensuring members and guests have everything they need for a great day of golf.

Responsibilities

• Range maintenance: keep driving range setup and equipment in good order.
• Customer service: greet members/guests and assist with range etiquette or course info.
• Cleaning & organization: maintain carts/equipment and keep area tidy.
• Monitor range usage: ensure range stocked with balls and assist players.
• Assist golfers: support players throughout their visit for a seamless experience.

As a DrivingRange Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our golfers. From maintaining the golf carts and range equipment to providing excellent service on the driving range, your role ensures that our members and guests have everything they need for an enjoyable day on the course.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: CART/RANGE ATTENDANT

As a Driving Range Attendant, you will be responsible for making sure every golfer's experience is seamless, from their first swing to their last. You'll be working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to a memorable golf experience for every member and guest. Your attention to detail, enthusiasm for the game of golf, and commitment to excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role. Your role will include:

• Range Maintenance: Ensure the driving range is set up and ready for use with proper ball placement and equipment.

• Customer Service: Greet members and guests with a friendly, helpful attitude, offering assistance when needed, whether it's explaining range etiquette or giving information about the course.

• Cleaning & Organization: Regularly clean and maintain golf carts and other equipment, ensuring everything is in top condition.

• Monitor Range Usage: Ensure the range is fully stocked with balls, help guests with their practice sessions, and provide excellent service to golfers using the driving range.

• Assist Golfers: Support golfers with their needs throughout their visit to the range, providing an exceptional level of customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Golf: A love for the game of golf and an understanding of golf course etiquette is a plus.

• Customer Service Focus: Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift/move golf equipment as needed.

• Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
