The Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Beach Club Server Assistant to support the waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen team, ensuring a flawless dining experience for members and guests.

As a full-time role, you’ll contribute to a high-standard service in an iconic oceanfront setting. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth through education and certifications.

We are seeking Server Assistants to join our dedicated and friendly hospitality team at the Beach Club. As a Server Assistant, you’ll work closely with our waitstaff and bartenders to ensure that every member and guest enjoys a flawless dining experience. You’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in creating a seamless service flow, setting up for success and delivering top-tier hospitality in one of the most beautiful oceanfront settings in Myrtle Beach.

Full-time benefits include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance plans after just 90 days of employment.

Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: BEACH CLUB SERVER ASSISTANT

As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with setting and clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring the dining areas are always clean and organized. Your contributions will be key in creating a seamless dining experience and maintaining the high standard of service that our members and their guests expect.

In addition to supporting the servers, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the flow of orders and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an exceptional experience. Your ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and be proactive will help ensure our team delivers outstanding service, every time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Team Player: Ability to work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring tables are set up properly, drinks are refilled, and the dining area remains clean and organized.
• Positive Attitude & Professionalism: Friendly, energetic, and always ready to assist guests and teammates.

• Availability: Must be at least 18 years old, with availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
