Job summary

The Next Street is hiring. The role: FT/PT or Seasonal Driving Instructor in Massachusetts. Compensation is $22.00/hr to $23.00/hr. We train you and help you grow as an educator who cares about students on the road.

You will teach with empathy, safety, and clarity, and you must be 21+, hold MA license 2+ years, and pass background and drug screening. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
• Pass Federal and MA background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving instruction with patience and safety.
• Engage in paid training and coaching during onboarding.
• Maintain consistent evening and weekend availability.

• You must be an experienced driver yourself, with the ability to exhibit patience and follow the rules of the road
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have held a valid State of Massachusetts Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Must submit to a Federal and State of Massachusetts Department of Children and Families background check and preemployment drug screen (marijuana is not permissible with this job)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (you will have a set schedule so your schedule will be consistent)
