Job summary

The Next Street is hiring a Driving Instructor in Massachusetts. This role offers FT/PT or seasonal arrangements with a focus on positive, empathetic teaching behind the wheel and a strong emphasis on safety and student success. Paid training and a supportive environment are provided.

Applicants must be an experienced driver, at least 21, possess a MA license for 2+ years, and be able to work evenings/weekends. Great weekly pay, benefits, and a structured onboarding await.

• You must be an experienced driver yourself, with the ability to exhibit patience and follow the rules of the road
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have held a valid State of Massachusetts Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Must submit to a Federal and State of Massachusetts Department of Children and Families background check and preemployment drug screen (marijuana is not permissible with this job)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (you will have a set schedule so your schedule will be consistent)
