Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Technician in Gordonsville, TN to join a manufacturing team. The role involves assembling driveshafts, operating various machinery safely, and preparing equipment for production.

Training starts on the 1st shift with positions available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates will be able to read and follow written processes, use measuring tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions for SPC measurements.
• Capable of reading and understanding written processes and safety procedures.
• Experience using measuring tools and interpreting metric measurements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble driveshafts and perform all phases of assembly.
• Operate machinery and tools safely following standard work instructions.
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities within a team.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols.
