JP Mascaro & Sons is a locally owned and operated private family company that has been experiencing record growth and success. In 1964, it started with one truck and has grown into one of the largest and most successful fully integrated solid waste companies serving the mid-Atlantic area.

We are seeking Non-CDL Drivers to operate articulating rock trucks at our White Pines Landfill in Millville, Pennsylvania. No experience is required, and onsite training is available. Advancement opportunities are also available.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving articulating rock truck on landfill
  • Operating rock truck following all safety regulations
  • Inspecting equipment for proper operation before and after use and reporting any malfunctions or damages to the maintenance supervisor
  • Completing necessary paperwork including maintenance records
  • Hauling heavy materials, such as rocks, dirt, and debris, to designated areas
  • Keeping the work area and equipment clean, orderly, and maintained
  • Operating on-site equipment as needed when instructed by the supervisor
  • Assisting with other on-site operations as needed when instructed by the supervisor

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday full time
  • Overtime hours are available immediately

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Must be comfortable and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • Must be comfortable and able to drive heavy equipment on rough roads/landfill site
