BlueLinx is seeking professional truck drivers in Florida to join our team. You will securely strap loads, ensure timely delivery, and manage POD documentation while representing the company with customers.

Expected to maintain a safe driving record, operate within DOT standards, and handle load securing across all weather conditions. We offer modern equipment and comprehensive benefits to support your career and family life.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with a driving history that meets DOT requirements.
• Be able to perform DOT inspections and maintain compliance.
• Able to securely strap and load freight for safe transport.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and drivers.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in all weather and road conditions.

Aufgaben

• Properly secure loads. NO tarping - ONLY strapping.
• Deliver freight accurately and handle returns when required.
• Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork from customers.
• Interact professionally with customers and communicate issues.
• Maintain daily safety checklist and perform required DOT inspections.
• Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports.
• Direct unloading by customers when required.

What You’ll Deliver:

• Properly secure loads. NO tarping - ONLY strapping
• Accurate and timely delivery of freight and handling of customer product returns when required
• Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork from customers
• Interact professionally with customers and communicate customer issues
• Maintain daily safety checklist and perform all required DOT inspections
• Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports
• Direct the unloading by customers, when required

How You’ll Deliver:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 21 years of age
• 12 months of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Safe Driving Record
• Ability to secure loads
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
