Driver + Warehouse Support Associate

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Driver + Warehouse Support Associate to join our team. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to operate a Sprinter van, and interact with customers professionally. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with routine warehouse maintenance, using basic power tools, and lifting 50lbs or more. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Sprinter van for deliveries and pick-ups in rural and urban areas.
• Perform routine warehouse maintenance including organizing inventory, cleaning, and general upkeep of the facility.
• Safely operate a Forklift and Pallet Jack (preferred but not required).
• Use and maintain basic power tools (e.g., drills, nail gun, etc.) for general building maintenance and crate assembly.
• Assist with manual labor, including lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs or more as required.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries.
• Ensure that all shipments are packed securely and properly loaded for delivery.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a Sprinter van or similar vehicle preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor tasks safely.
• Experience with basic power tools and performing routine maintenance tasks is a plus.
