Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Driver / Warehouse Operator for daytime shifts in a local P&D and warehouse setting. The role combines driving commercial vehicles (GVWR >10,000 lb and ≤26,000 lb) with warehouse duties such as receiving, picking, and shipping, while adhering to DOT/FMCSR, SOPs, and site safety policies.

You will operate power industrial trucks, perform order filling, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Operate company commercial vehicles within ~20 air-mile radius to deliver and recover freight from customer locations.
• Load and unload freight safely; weigh and check dimensions against shipper calculations.
• Verify shipment bills for required information prior to loading.
• Maintain an organized storage area and ensure safety compliance.
