Responsibilities

• Pick full-pallet and carton-level orders using tickets and procedures.
• Verify SKUs and quantities before shipment or delivery.
• Stage orders in outbound areas per schedule.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments and unload.
• Store received inventory in designated locations and keep areas organized.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Carry out inventory transfers, cycle counts, and locate items.
• Complete deliveries and pickups safely and on schedule.
• Confirm orders before loading, including destinations and quantities.
• Plan efficient routes based on locations and windows.
• Meet delivery windows and communicate delays.
• Handle returns and ensure proper staging in warehouse.
• Obtain proof of delivery when required.
• Load and organize vehicles according to route sequencing.
• Secure loads to prevent damage.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles pre-shift/pre-trip.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment with certification.
• Follow safety procedures and monitor hazards.
• Report any safety issues or maintenance needs.
