(Reliable commute required – crews start and end here daily)

Pay & Earning Potential

• Starting pay: $21 per hour
• $200–$300/week in tips (top performers earn $4–$5+ extra per hour)
• Monthly bonuses:
  • Up to $250 performance bonus
  • $50–$150 valuation coverage bonus
  • $15 per Google review ($50–$200/month typical)
